RAM FREIGHT FORWARDING INC.

Incorporated under the laws of the Province of Ontario.

As a condition of my business relationship with RAM FREIGHT FORWARDING INC. and/or any subsidiaries, I agree as follows:

1. I will not without the prior written permission of the President of RAM FREIGHT FORWARDING INC., Ramandeep Bassi, disclose to any party outside of RAM FREIGHT FORWARDING INC. or use in any other business any data and/or information concerning the operation of the business, financial information of the business, the customers and suppliers to the business and individuals in the business received or obtained while working with RAM FREIGHT FORWARDING INC.

2. Confidential information is any data and/or information generated, collected or learned while working with RAM FREIGHT FORWARDING INC.

3. I acknowledge I am responsible to RAM FREIGHT FORWARDING INC. for any disclosure or misuse of data and information, which results from a failure to comply with the provisions of this Agreement and agree to assume liability for all costs and damages arising from such failure to comply with the provisions of this Agreement.

4. This Agreement is entered into by me freely and voluntarily and not under any undue influence in understanding this Agreement.
